Empowering farmers with remote-controlled electric robots to reduce costs, overcome labor shortages, and enable sustainable, self-reliant farming
A journey from the fields of Guntur to revolutionizing Indian agriculture

Founder & CEO
"If our robots can reduce even a small part of the burden farmers carry every day, then the work is worth it."
I grew up on farms in Guntur. I have seen mornings start before the sun and days end only when the work is finished. I learned to drive a tractor when I was still young, not because I wanted to, but because the field needed it.
I have watched families wait for labour that never arrived. I have seen spraying done by hand, knowing the risk, because there was no other option. I have seen crops suffer, not because farmers were careless, but because help came late.
When I spent time around farms and agricultural machines in the UK, I realised something painful. There, machines existed to reduce human suffering. Here, farmers were still carrying the burden on their bodies.
After returning to India, I started agricultural rental services between 2016 and 2019. I worked alongside farmers, moved machines from field to field, and saw what truly worked and what quietly failed. I learned that farmers do not want complicated technology. They want something that starts on time, works as expected, and reduces their dependence on uncertain labour.
During those years, another truth became impossible to ignore. Ease of use and electric power had to be design principles, not afterthoughts. Running diesel machines day after day, I could see the environmental damage, the fuel dependency, and the long-term cost burden they created. I could have continued with diesel equipment and earned good numbers, but I chose not to.
That is why I started FarmRobo. I did not want to build something impressive to look at. I wanted to build something a farmer could trust. A machine that is easy to operate. A machine that reduces daily costs. A machine that allows work to be done on time, even when help does not come.
Every robot we build is tested in real fields. If it cannot survive everyday use, we change it. If it does not reduce effort or cost, we do not ship it.
FarmRobo is my way of giving back to the farms that raised me. If our robots can reduce even a small part of the burden farmers carry every day, then the work is worth it.

Real testimonials from farms and enterprises that trust FarmRobo
"FarmRobo R1 solved our weed and labor challenges. One charge covers 1.5 acres in 2–3 hours and replaced the need for 40–50 laborers. We expanded from 12 to 20 acres with lower costs and higher yields. Maintenance is minimal and operations are always on time."
"FarmRobo made orchard work simple. The robot is easy to operate, moves smoothly between trees, and avoids crop damage. It reduced our labor dependency and improved efficiency across 40 acres. One operator is enough to manage the entire farm."
"With FarmRobo, weeding an acre now takes two hours instead of deploying 10 laborers. Spraying is safer with remote operation and camera visibility. The trolley attachment eased material transport, and support from the FarmRobo team is excellent."
"FarmRobo works smoothly in 3–4 ft spacing where tractors cannot enter. The mulcher and sprayer attachments are very effective, and the robot is easy to operate with low maintenance. One person now handles all field operations with reduced labor needs."
